Spain continues to be a top destination for international property buyers, with foreign nationals accounting for nearly 1 in 5 property sales nationwide. In 2024 alone, over 92,000 property transactions involved foreign buyers—marking a 6% increase from the previous year and a significant 38% rise compared to the 10-year average.

The British remain the largest group of foreign buyers, with more than 8,000 purchases across Spain. German and French buyers continue to show strong interest, in line with traditional trends.
